"He's a little banged up with his ankle, but he'll be fine," Randy Shannon said. "For sure he'll be back for the first game - it's nothing really serious with him.
"I don't know when it happened. We practiced, he went walking around, went to the training table, came back - no treatment or anything, everything normal. Then he went to sleep and woke up and (was injured).
"It was one of those freak deals."
I just bet.
