According to Canes reporters at practice Wednesday, WR Davon Johnson was wearing a rather large knee brace. Susan Miller Degnan from the Miami Herald tweeted the following:

Unless he miraculously improves, No way WR Johnson plays Saturday. Such a nice kid, too. It would have been his last game as #Cane

That is not official on Davon btw. Al Golden didn't say he's out Saturday, but I would be majorly shocked if he plays.

Obviously not a good thing. There hasn't been any official word as of yet, but no doubt at some point today or tomorrow there will be. Our WR corps is looking mighty thin at the moment.
