In A Ridiculous Recruiting Day, Miami Lands Third Commit In TE Chris Herndon

Student Sports

After two defensive recruits committed to Miami, Norcross, GA tight end Chris Herndon thought he would get in on the fun too.

AND THE HITS JUST KEEP ON COMING, BABY!

After Mike Smith and Darrion Owens pulled the trigger, Norcross, GA tight end Chris Herndon apparently decided that the Canes' defense wasn't going to have all the fun. According to CaneInsider, he has committed as well.

Herndon is a consensus 3 star tight end, standing 6' 4" and weighing in at 230 pounds. He had an offer from Mississippi State, and had camped at schools like Georgia and Auburn. He has great size and shows good speed. Needless to say, with the TE class that just came in, and guys like Herndon being added, the position is going to be solid for a long, long while.

WELCOME TO THE U, CHRIS!
