Much has been made of the legal situation that faced RB Mark Walton over the course of the last few months. You can read more about that whole situation here.
However, with all charges against the talented sophomore having been dropped, Miami Hurricanes Head Coach Mark Richt announced on Twitter that Walton will not be suspended from any game action.
Game one is 49 days away! Looking forward to Mark Walton joining his team mates versus Florida A&M on September 3! Be there! U Family!

This should bring closure to this previous situation for Walton, and adds potentially the most talented RB on the Hurricanes' team back to the roster for the full season. Great news all around.
