During his normal press conference after Tuesday practice, Golden let everyone know of a few things going on with the team so far this week:
- Olsen Pierre was held out yesterday and today, and will be listed as doubtful. Corey King will likely start in his place.
- DeQuan Ivery was moved up to varsity as well, earning a spot in the rotation.
- Ben Jones will definitely be out.
- Seantrel Henderson has been performing much better as of late, and likely will start ahead of Ereck Flowers at RT.
Having an offensive line by committee is something that Golden has been doing all year, and it has for the most part worked out fine. The loss of Ben Jones hurts, but having both Henderson and Flowers is more than enough to cover for him. Denzel Perryman is of course back, which will free up Eddie Johnson to do his thing and not worry about compensating for the middle.
