We can only hope this sways the Comittee of Infractions to our side. From what I've gathered, Day 1 was "our side" of the story, Day 2 is the NCAA's turn to speak and Day 3 will be associated with the basketball side of the infractions.

Damien was arrested for not showing up to his court date which stemmed from a previous incident where he was driving with a suspended license.
