Our take: Too soon to get overly excited about this, but yeah, I'm sure it does feel good to all of the coaching staff, the players, and of course the fans. Long term, positioning in the polls has significance as part of the BCS process. It certainly can't hurt things, as long as Al Golden and staff do not let this allow their young team to become complacent.  More then likely, yesterday's taste of success will motivate this team for more.
