Injury Report: Virginia

New, 2 comments

After losing a close game to their in-state rivals, the 'Canes look to rebound against the Virginia Cavaliers.

Steve Mitchell-USA TODAY Sports

Although the Hurricanes performed well against Florida State, they were not able to defeat the team that has now gone on to win 26 straight games. The good news is the fact that there were no serious injuries. Senior defensive lineman Anthony Chickillo went out of the game in the second half after sustaining an apparent knee injury. Junior defensive back Deon Bush was also injured on the same play. Bush is listed as doubtful after sustaining a lower extremity injury.
