With the Hurricanes having a bye week it's time to turn our attention to the teams in front of The U in the Coastal Division standings. These past few weeks have eroded Pittsburgh and Virginia's chances, but Duke and Georgia Tech still remain a nuisance.

Know a friend of a friend that went to N.C. State? Well that's more than enough to root for the Wolfpack to knock off Georgia Tech. (As if yearning for Miami to have a shot at winning the Coastal wasn't enough.) Same goes for Syracuse when they face off against the Blue Devils. You already own plenty of orange so just run with it.

This week's power rankings offered a pleasant surprise

Being tasked with ranking the Atlantic Coast Conference we've become accustomed to uncertainty. So for this ranking we found solace in arriving at a listing that featured no changes from last week's. To put that in perspective, we borrowed NOVAcane's charting techniques from the Sunshine State Power Rankings. Feast your eyes on the disarray and weep for our convoluted division.
