Sometimes moving up the polls is as a simple as sitting back and watching the teams ahead of you lose.
The Miami Hurricanes Men's Basketball team moved up this week to #18 in the AP Poll bolstered by losses of teams ahead of them, specifically UNC and Butler.
UM has just three games remaining (12/19 Vs Eastern Kentucky, 12/22 Vs Providence, 12/30 Vs Charleston) before opening up conference play.
