The road to the school of your dreams can have many twists, turns, and detours. In the case of JUCO DT Michael Wyche, all 3 were present.
Wyche, who signed a Letter of Intent on January 28th, petitioned the ACC to waive a little known rule stating that JUCO players had to attend their institutions for 3 consecutive semester before enrolling in an ACC member institution. After weeks worth of waiting, the waiver was denied, and Wyche then tweeted that he was decommitting

Over the past week, there hadn't been much talk about Wyche, other than many fans noting that his loss from this class (taking the Canes down to only 3 DTs committed) was palpable.
Then, on Saturday afternoon, Wyche tweeted something that was beautiful music to the ears of Canes fans:
