Not many details have been released yet, and no official release from UM.

According to the arrest report both Figueroa and Blue admitted to drugging and giving the juvenile alcohol before having sex with her #UM

The last tweet is particularly disturbing.
As you might imagine, the outrage is pretty strong on Social Media. At this time State of the U will wait for more facts to emerge to comment further.
But we will say this, Football is the last thing we are going to focus on right now, and our thoughts and concerns are with the alleged victim at this time.
