Practice resumes today on Greentree field.
Two days in the books and there is plenty for 'Canes fans to be excited about.
Players are not yet in pads, but man oh man are folks excited about freshman QB Brad Kaaya. One more look via our own Ale Narciso of what Al Golden had to say about Kaaya:
(Also Ale's very cool summary of Day 2 HERE - lots of excellent footage via Vine.)
Still a long way to go folks, but as our own Cam Underwood predicted, it's looking a lot like Kaaya Vs Heaps is the battle to watch in the early going.
There was talk of a position move for FB Walter Tucker, and it appears legit, but could he still play both ways??
Golden noted Walter Tucker "has enough reps built up" that he is still the No. 1 FB. Having him at LB helps depth and fits w/ his ST role.

Let's not rule him out at FB just yet.
Speaking of LB, depth remains a concern (Matt Porter) but Jermaine Grace's sub 4.5 40 and the early returns on Darrion Owens (started camp with the vaunted black jersey) have been good.

New LB Coach Hurlie Brown is coaching them up.
We know practice has started and the focus has shifted to the players on the field, but does recruiting season every really end?
