The big news that came from today's injury report is that sophomore receiver Stacy Coley was not listed on the injury report that the University of Miami released earlier today. Offensive-lineman Alex Gall is also listed on the injury report, this is the first time this season.
Miami will need all their play-makers to step up against Nebraska. Having Coley back will help the offense, but most importantly the special teams unit, where he shines in his punt returning role.
Kicker Matt Goudis is out again, with a lower extremity injury. This is a detrimental injury, because he is Miami's most experienced field goal kicker. In a game like this, every point counts. There could be a scenario where Coach Golden will opt to go for it on fourth and short instead of kicking a field goal.
Receiver Rashawn Scott is still listed as out, and there is still no exact time for his return.
