Senior Day is approaching for football and Canes Hoops is set for tip off in Puerto Rico on Thursday. As State of the U prepares for those upcoming matches, with game previews, analysis and more, here we'll run-through the past week's happenings.


Today could be a huge day for Canes Hoops recruiting. 5-star power forward Dewan Huell and 4-star shooting guard Bruce Brown will make their college decisions.

ICYMI: The University of Miami announced the hire of a searching firm, Korn Ferry, to aid in finding The U's next head coach. Korn Ferry is the search firm that pegged Jim Harbaugh for Michigan and Charlie Strong for Texas.
