Per a report from Seth Emerson (and tweeted by Michael Carvell) of the Atltanta Journal-Constitution, the first piece of Mark Richt's Miami Hurricanes coaching staff may be in place.

Thomas Brown, a former UGA and NFL running back who was recruited by Richt, could be leaving the Bulldogs to join the Hurricanes. Carvell's report said that, barring another change of heart (Brown had previously said he planned to stay with UGA), he would announce his impending departure to the team after Tuesday's (Today's) practice.
Obviously, nothing is official either way at this point, but if you look at the production of the running backs at Georgia this year, Brown has to be an enticing coaching candidate. And, as a younger coach on the staff, his value as a recruiter going forward could easily increase.
If true, this report would mean that Tim "Ice" Harris, current Hurricanes RB coach and a Dade county HS coaching legend from his time at Miami Northwestern and Miami Booker T. Washington would likely be transitioned to another position/role, or on his way out completely.
Personally, I've said that Harris is a coach I would like to see retained. However, for Richt's program to work, you have to be all-in. That means the coaches he wants, the scheme he wants, and the players he wants. So, if CMR wants Brown and not Harris, I'll go with it.
Also named as coming to Miami is UGA director of player personnel Todd Hartley. The Report says Hartley would be a defensive assistant and potentially Special Teams coordinator with the Hurricanes.
The report ALSO says that Current UGA coaches Bryan McClendon and John Lily could be on their way to Miami as well. Yeah, there's a lot going on there.
More on this as it becomes available.
