Looking to add depth and talent on the defensive line, the hurricanes got just that when 4-star DT Kendrick Norton committed to Miami on National Signing Day.

Norton, from Jacksonville Trinity Catholic, joins Ryan Fines, Scott Patchan and Richard McIntosh as DL commits in this class. And, for a team that has ranked very lowly in TFLs, Sacks, and other defensive line heavy metrics, these additions cannot be overstated.
Norton picked the Hurricanes over offers from Auburn, Florida, Ole Miss, and others.
