Looking for depth at LB, the Miami found just that when Booker T. Washington LB James King flipped from FAU and signed with the Hurricanes on National Signing Day.

A pillar of the State Championship defense employed by Booker T. Washington, King is an athletic LB at 6'1 200lbs who adds quality depth to that position. Added bonuses are that he's teammates with RB signee Mark Walton, and a local player, which should help quell some of the cries from Canes Fans.
King chose Miami over his previous commitment to FAU. He also had offers from Arkansas, FIU, and others.
