One of the main targets of criticism from fans, Franklin has had a tumultuous time in Miami. If he moves on to the NFL, that could open up a spot on the coaching staff for an upgrade. And, with the issues the defensive line has had with getting pressure and playing consistently in this mainly 2-gap reactionary scheme, a change at that coaching position may be a positive move.
