First up, Al Golden talks new technologies being implemented in practice.

He also discusses minor injuries to Tracy Howard and Deon Bush, the team's upcoming scrimmage, the QBs including Vincent Testaverde, Antonio Crawford's departure (the CB position in general), proper rest, spring break, scuffles, and much more.
