Yesterday I gave SOTU's ALL- ACC Selections.
The media as a whole was far less bullish on the 'Canes.
I had Tonye Jekiri and Sheldon McClellan as ALL-ACC second team players, and Jekiri as my DPOY.
In reality none of that came to fruition.
In such a deep conference, it is hard to argue with the awards/honors below.
But I do feel Jekiri is underrated. Watching UM play this year, one could argue that with out Jekiri they would be in the lower third of the league.
Here's hoping Miami makes a run and get some more respect on the All-ACC Tournament teams.
