Videos/Summary: University of Miami NFL Pro Day

Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University of Miami football team  held its annual pro day Wednesday morning inside the Schwartz Athletic Center.

The Hurricanes featured 15 players that displayed their talents to representatives from all 32 NFL teams.

"What a great day today the University of Miami Pro Day. Every team in the league, significant number general managers,  of head coaches, position coaches  I counted 8 to 10 offensive line coaches were here obviously mostly to see Ereck Flowers, who I believe will be a first round draft pick.  But Feliciano could get drafted, Shane McDermott, could get drafted,  I thought it was a great day for that whole group...  For me I thought the star of the day was Phillip Dorsett... Wht did he do today? Runs a 4.25, 4.26 38 inch vertical and then looks fantastic catching the ball and getting in about of breaks.  Duke Johnson dropped his 40 time a full tenth of second, and more importantly caught the ball naturally.  From my perspective a great day here at the University of Miami."  - NFL Network Analyst Mike Mayock

SummaryFlowers will likely go anywhere from 16th overall to 30th.  Look for Duke Johnson, Denzel Perryman, Clive Walford, and Phillip Dorsett to all come of the board by the 2nd - 3rd rounds.

In my opinion, Duke Johnson in the right situation could contend for Offensive Rookie of the Year because of his explosiveness, improved hands, and advanced understanding of pass protection concepts.

All of these players should have solid NFL careers, re-establishing Miami, as "NFL U."

Stay tuned for more coverage as we count down to draft day.
