Anthony Chickillo, a 3rd generation Miami Hurricane, is now a 1st generation NFL player.
The former 5 star prospect from the Tampa area, was drafted today by Pittsburgh in the 6th round of the NFL Draft.
The Steelers were no doubt impressed with his performance in January's East West Shrine game, where he consistently created havoc.
"Chick" also showed the ability to play both 4-3 and 3-4 end during his career at Miami.
That versatility and a high motor undoubtedly will be his calling cards, as he fights for a roster spot this summer in training camp.
He heads to the home of the Steel Curtain, where he will be teammates with former 'Cane LB Sean Spence.
Chickillo finished his career in Coral Gables with 15.5 sacks, and 25 TFL.
