Can you learn anything from last year's loss in the regionals? Morris: last year was last year. We're a different club and a better team

Rose asking about David Thompson. Morris: He's had a tough time, 3 surgeries, missed 30 gms in 2014
— StateOfTheU.com (@TheStateOfTheU) May 26, 2015
Morris: for the first time Thompson is healthy. He's gotten stronger and is putting up good numbers for us.

Morris isn't talking about how FIU hates UM. Extols the accomplishments of the team. Says they're ready for the tournament
— StateOfTheU.com (@TheStateOfTheU) May 26, 2015
Rose asking how team will handle pressure Morris: It's the norm that teams come into Coral Gables and play loose.
— StateOfTheU.com (@TheStateOfTheU) May 26, 2015
Morris: everybody wants to come in 1st. So that's what we're trying to do
— StateOfTheU.com (@TheStateOfTheU) May 26, 2015
Morris: I haven't seen FIU play. They have a good club and they can swing the bat.
— StateOfTheU.com (@TheStateOfTheU) May 26, 2015
Rose wants to compare 2015 vs other top UM teams Morris: this club is gonna have some guys drafted, but no #1 like Burrell
— StateOfTheU.com (@TheStateOfTheU) May 26, 2015
Morris: This club is good. They're playing good. It's all about who plays good at the time.
— StateOfTheU.com (@TheStateOfTheU) May 26, 2015
Morris: this club is hot right now, so hopefully we'll continue to be hot through the tournament

And now, we talk about Cruitin'....baseball style
Rose asking about recruiting from California Morris: tough to get kids out of CA now because guys are committing so early.
— StateOfTheU.com (@TheStateOfTheU) May 26, 2015
Morris: You try to get a kid from out there now, and he's been committed since he was a freshman
— StateOfTheU.com (@TheStateOfTheU) May 26, 2015
Morris: We can build our team from down here (SoFLA) and feel like we're doing pretty good. Would be nice to get one of those CA kids, tho
— StateOfTheU.com (@TheStateOfTheU) May 26, 2015
Morris: Most of our players are from 2 hours away. Our entire lineup. So, we work hard and get good guys from down here.
