Miami Starting Pitcher Garcia sits due to Illness, Beauprez Steps in For Easy win over BCU []_[] Miami Herald - Beauprez is usually a middle relief pitcher for the Canes bullpen but when start Danny Garcia couldn't play in the midweek contest against Bethune-Cookman, Beauprez had to sub in. In the end the contest turned out to be a laugher as the Canes put the game out of reach early and win 14-0. The baseball team is currently 35-13.
