Well we already knew UM would be with out Al-Quadin Muhammad for tonight's game Vs BCU.
Just moments ago the school announced Tyre Brady was also suspended,
Here's the release:
CORAL GABLES, Fla. - The University of Miami football team has suspended redshirt sophomore defensive lineman Al-Quadin Muhammad and sophomore wide receiver Tyre Brady for a violation of team rules. Both players will serve a one-game suspension and will miss the Hurricanes’ 2015 season opener against Bethune-Cookman.
Our take: Shouldn't be a big deal against Bethune-Cookman, but let's hope both players clean up whatever caused the discipline. AQM in particular, is going to be needed this season. His massive potential can not be fulfilled until he sees the field consistently.
Brady needs to be available to compete on a very deep WR unit.
Hopefully this is the last we hear of any issues for both student athletes.
