In today's age of multiple recruit showcases and digital recruiting film, it's few and far between that there's an under-the-radar sleeper to be found. However, Miami found one, and a damn good one, in the newest commit for the 2016 recruiting class: 2-star WR Latrell Willams.

Williams, who is said to have 4.35 speed in the 40 yard dash, is a player whose speed is far and away his biggest and best weapon. You can never have too much speed on the roster, and Williams brings that in spades.

I know there are going to be plenty of people who are upset at Miami taking a 2-star recruit, but this is exactly the kind of player that Miami should be taking: a (relatively) local kid who most major teams either overlooked or ignored who HAS THE SKILLS TO PLAY AT THIS LEVEL. That last part is key.

Earlier this cycle, Williams was committed to USF and their WR coach Ron Dugans. Once Dugans left USF for Miami, it was only a matter of time until Williams followed him, which he has done with this commitment.

Regardless of what you think of these words, I'm sure that once you see Williams' highlights, you'll see that he can play here. You can see thse HLs below:
