Another Sunday, another week filled with ProCanes news in the NFL.
Frank Gore
Frank Gore is timeless, man. The veteran seems to find his way into the headlines one way or another. This time, Gore found his way into the end zone AGAIN on a touchdown reception from Andrew Luck in the first quarter, his second touchdown catch of the season. The 12-year vet now has four total touchdowns on the season and is on pace for another 1,000-yard season on the ground.
Denzel Perryman
A defensive name!!! Perryman is in his second year with the San Diego Chargers and is becoming a household name around the NFL. The linebacker made two HUGE plays in the Chargers win over the Falcons, including a big INT to get the Chargers the ball in the fourth:

He had another highlight-reel worthy play with a fourth down stop on Devonta Freeman in OT to give the Chargers the ball back again and eventually win it for San Diego.
DENIED!

Falcons went for it on 4th & 1 in OT...
NOPE. Not today. Not gonna happen.@Chargers ball! #SDvsATL https://t.co/SyHOVzet9d
All this accomplished with a banged up shoulder...incredible!
Erik Swoope
Second week in a row for the second year tight end! Swoop’s numbers aren’t eye-popping, but he did have two receptions for 54 yards on Sunday. Each catch going for 34 and 17 yards, respectively. Swoope is slowly but surely becoming a weapon for Luck and the Colts offense and will see his role expand in the weeks to come.

Other than this, it was very quiet on the Canes front. Very pedestrian numbers from the rest of the ProCanes in the league, but we are all sure that will change.
See you guys next week!
