Despite several upsets creating wakes in the conference, the ACC retains its division leaders. Clemson keeps the lead in the Atlantic Division via tiebreaker rules with its head-to-head win over the Louisville Cardinals. Virginia Tech still controls its destiny in the Coastal Division through its victory, and ACC tiebreaker rules, over North Carolina. Really, all they’ve done is frustrated these power rankings even more. But, before we get to the rankings, let’s recap last week’s happenings.

The Duke Blue Devils upset rival North Carolina, 28-27, on a Thursday night in Durham.

Virginia Tech suffered a similar fate, losing 30-20 to Georgia Tech, but still retains the lead in the Coastal Division via ACC tiebreaker rules.

The Miami Hurricanes made short work of the Virginia Cavaliers, winning 34-14 in Charlottesville.

Florida State pummeled Boston College, winning 45-7 in Tallahassee.

Pittsburgh upset the No. 2 Clemson Tigers on Saturday night. Panthers’ kicker Chris Blewitt drilled a 48 yard field goal with six seconds remaining to give Pitt the lead.

Louisville rallied after a slow start against Wake Forest, rattling off 44 unanswered points, and winning 44-12 at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium.

The N.C. State Wolfpack beat Syracuse, 35-20, in the Carrier Dome.

Those are your quick-hitters from around the ACC. Now, let’s see how this past weekend’s results impacted the ACC Power Rankings.
