In the minutes following 2017 LB Aundre Kearney's decommitment, the Miami Hurricanes got some good recruiting news:

2017 ATH Christopher "CJ" Henderson is the latest player to commit to Miami. Henderson currently carries a 3-star ranking, but I fully expec him to soon be a 4-star rated player who ends up as a 25+ offer kid when all is said and done. He's recently received offers from the likes of Alabama and Auburn, so it's reasonable to say that he's got a wealth of talent.
While Henderson's HL's are mainly on offense, he's been recruited as a DB per Peter Ariz's above tweet. Which makes sense, since CB coach Mike Rumph also had a reactionary tweet.
This is a good get for the Hurricanes. Yes, it's still A VERY LONG WAY AWAY from his National Signing Day, but adding a player of Henderson's caliber to this class, even as a verbal commit, can be seen as nothing but positive.
