Miami's Ja’Quan Newton Out For Game Against Virginia Tech

Statement from UM:

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – University of Miami sophomore guard Ja'Quan Newton will not play tonight against Virginia Tech due to a medical condition. He is under the care of Miami's doctors.

Our take: Obviously a huge loss when arguably the best 6th man in the country is out of action.  Miami is off to a slow start tonight offensively.  Hopefully they can win with out their super sophomore, and hopefully this is just a one game absence.
