The Miami Hurricanes resumed practice today as they prepare for their opener against FAMU on 9/3.
Just 19 more days!!
Here are some sights, sounds, and tidbits on today's work and more.
Running back appears to be an embarrassment of riches. I still think Mark Walton ends up the starter, but as our David Perez wrote this weekend, Joe Yearby is going to be a major factor. Can freshman Travis Homer get on the field? It'll be tough with Walton, Yearby, Choc Gray, and Gus Edwards ahead of him.......
Here's more good work by the backs...

ACC Digital is as excited as the rest of us to see the backs and the offense in action:
In more good news, it looks likes going to home games in Orlando (or elsewhere) may not be a concern.....

On the injury front, looks like one of UM's injured players is close to returning:
TE Stan Dobard (sprained ankle) back at practice. Full pads, but I wouldn't say he's full-go.

Gage Batten, Michael Pinckney, Scott Patchan, Tyreic Martin, and Ryan Mayes were also reported as limited.
Jermaine Grace and Al-Quadin Muhammad (off field issues) also practiced today......
In recruiting/off the field news, this is an absolute must read:
