Coach Richt, players meet with the media

Players Kc McDermott, Jaquan Johnson, Shaquille Quarterman, and Travis Homer met with the media for questions after Tuesday’s practice. Coach Richt and Thomas Brown were available for questions as well.

Travis Homer is in a good place

Matt Porter, from the Palm Beach Post, had a nice piece on Homer yesterday. The sophomore seems to have a good mindset as he prepares to take over for one of the best RB’s in the country.

Updates on injured players to come Thursday

More than just Mark Walton went down with injuries last Saturday. Sheldrick Redwine and Navaughn Donaldson are among the others that left the game without return. In Practice yesterday, Ahmmon Richards and Dee Delaney were seen with the injured crew, but the specifics are not yet known. Coach Richt did mention that Richards is still nursing his hamstring injury he suffered during fall camp. Official word on everyone’s status for the Georgia Tech game will come on Thursday.

That’s it for today, go Canes!
