The ‘Canes finished in eighth place in the ACC with a 10-8 record last year, going 7-2 at home, beating North Carolina, Virginia and Duke along the way. They are projected to finish third in the ACC this season.
Miami faces a tough conference schedule away and home. They have need to bring the heat every game to make the ACC Championship.
Miami has made three NCAA tournament appearances in the past five years and Jim Larranaga will have a lot of talent on the floor again this season.
