Miami did something today that has never been done in program history.
Before the season, this team had one goal. “Just win the Coastal.”
It’s something UM has been unable to do since the ACC split into divisions back in 2005, 12 years ago.
And today, that goal was achieved. With Virginia’s loss to Louisville, YOUR MIAMI HURRICANES ARE OFFICIALLY GOING TO THE ACC ‘SHIP BABY!
Congrats @CanesFootball 2017 @ACCFootball Coastal Division Champions!

And their opponent is set as well. With Clemson’s win over Florida State today, the Tigers have sewn up the Atlantic Division title.
So, in a game that could have College Football Playoff implications, the Hurricanes will tussle with the Clemson Tigers in Charlotte for all the ACC’s proverbial marbles on December 2nd. Miami is one step closer to their first ever ACC football title since joining conference back in 2004, guys. Book your tickets now!
