The 2017 season is coming to an end for #Storm18, but some still have big plans. Take a look at who is still playing for a ring in week 13’s recap of the action.

Brevin Jordan, Bishop Gorman (NV)

The Gaels keep winning, demolishing fellow Nevada schools. Bishop Gorman got the win 42-7 over Arbor View (NV). Brevin Jordan added another rushing TD to his impressive senior year stat line.

Mark Pope/Daquris Wiggins/Delon Scaife, Miami Southridge

Defending state-champion Miami Southridge fell short last week in the Florida 8A Semi-Final match against Miami High, losing in a very close game 27-21. Mark Pope added a couple TDs in the losing effort.

John Campbell, Dr. Phillips (Orlando)

Dr. Phillips moves on after defeating Osceola (Kissimmee), 17-13. They will play Riverview on Friday.

Cam Davis, Miami Carol City

Carol City is set up for a rematch against Miami Northwestern on Friday after beating Mainland (Daytona Beach), 17-10. Davis finished the night with 58 yards on 17 carries and a TD.

Al Blades Jr., St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale)

St. Thomas Aquinas is not finished demolishing opponents yet. Last week’s victim was West Broward (Pembroke Pines), who they beat 38-7. The Raiders will play Doral Academy on Friday.

DJ Ivey, South Dade

South Dade was unable to impose their will on Columbus (Miami), giving up a season high 28 points in the 28-14 loss.

Nesta Silvera, American Heritage

American Heritage is on a mission. Silvera and his squad beat Bishop More (Orlando) handily, 56-27.

Gregory Rousseau, Champagnat Catholic

Champagnat Catholic played a very impressive game last week, whooping Moore Haven, 47-0.

Bubba Baxa, Pasadena Memorial (TX)

Pasadena Memorial had a tough time on the field last week, losing to Atascocita (TX) 58-7.
