BASEBALL: Full Pro Canes List Going Into 2017

Majors, Minors, Positions and Teams

MLB: Milwaukee Brewers at Texas Rangers
Miami alum OF Ryan Braun leads an impressive list of ProCanes baseball players into the spring and summer of 2017.
Kevin Jairaj-USA TODAY Sports

Miami baseball doesn’t have four College World Series rings, two runner-ups and 25 College World Series appearances just by luck. Those accolades aren’t surprising when you look at the talent Miami has put into the MLB and MiLB. We all know the Miami greats like Pat Burrell (first overall draft pick), Aubrey Huff (2x World Series Champion), Greg Vaughn (4x All-Star), Alex Cora (World Series Champion) and Gaby Sanchez (All-Star) but who are the current alumni in the pros?

The hurricanes currently have eight Major Leaguers and 18 Minor Leaguers. This places them tied for fourth for most alumni in the pros behind (3) Vanderbilt, (2) Arizona State and (1) Long Beach State. The list below includes all the current major and minor leaguers with their last season stats and bios:
