You already knew this, but it’s worth repeating

On Wednesday afternoon, Chase Goodbread of released this article listing the top schools at producing NFL talent since 2000.

It should come as no surprise to you that atop the list, above every other school in America, is the Miami Hurricanes.

The list of players who have gone from UM to the NFL is long and distinguished. Ed Reed. Ray Lewis. Devin Hester. The late Sean Taylor. Clinton Portis. Bryant McKinnie. Greg Olsen. Willis McGahee. Vince Wilfork. Andre Johnson. Jimmy Graham. And the list goes on and on.

For Miami, it’s another accolade for one of the most storied programs in college football. I know haters are going to say Miami hasn’t won alot recently. I know they’re going to say a lot of things. But with 4 1st Round NFL Draft Picks in the last 3 years, Miami has continued to produce top tier talent even in the absence of great team success.

Mr. Goodbread just put a voice to what we’ve always known:

It’s all about the U

Go Canes
