On Monday, the ACC announced kickoff times and TV coverage for games in week 4 (September 23rd). Miami-Toledo will have a 3:30pm kickoff, and will be televised on RSN. Here’s the release from Miami Athletics:
CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University of Miami football team will return to action on Sept. 23 at 3:30 p.m., against Toledo at Hard Rock Stadium.
The No. 16/15 Hurricanes (1-0) will host the Rockets (2-0) in a game that will be broadcast on RSN.
Miami opened the season with a 41-13 victory over Bethune-Cookman in the season opener on Sept. 2. Miami's Week 2 matchup at Arkansas State on Sept. 9 was canceled due to Hurricane Irma, and its game against in-state rival Florida State - which was previously scheduled for Sept. 16 - was rescheduled to Oct. 7 in Tallahassee, Fla.
Miami's home matchup against Georgia Tech was also rescheduled as a result of Hurricane Irma, moving from Thursday, Oct. 12, to Saturday, Oct. 14.

A 3:30pm kickoff is fine. Regional TV coverage vs a MAC team is fine. There’s really nothing to complain about here.
The most interesting thing will be how Miami shows up for this game, as the Canes will have gone 21 days without playing football since their season opener.
But, if you’re making plans to attend Miami-Toledo, now you know all the parameters of the game. And I, for one, am ready to put the weather issues in the past and get back to this season and winning football games.
