Story behind the Turnover Chain

Manny Diaz’ brainchild dubbed the ‘Turnover Chain’ made a splash on Saturday as it became an instant internet meme. At first, no one knew what it really was or where it came from. The Sun Sentinel’s David Furones tracked down the story to where the chain was made by Miami’s “King of Bling”.

New ProCanes finalized on final 53-man NFL rosters

Mark Richt sent out a congratulatory tweet to the 11 new ProCanes that were signed to NFL 53-man rosters. Most notably, Brad Kaaya was claimed off waivers and signed by the Carolina Pathers where he will be mentored by former Canes QB Ken Dorsey

New FSU QB, James Blackman

One of the biggest outcomes from opening week was the injury sustained by FSU starting quarterback Deondre Francois. Late in the game against Alabama, Francois suffered a knee injury that ended his season. James Blackman was named the starter moving forward, but much of the freshman is currently unknown.
