Irma Can’t Stop Weekend Picks

Hurricane Irma is an imminent threat to South Florida and Miami's game was cancelled. Not sharing winners with State of the U readers is exactly what Irma wants. This week has been a rollercoaster, but I won't let a mandatory evacuation stop me from making mediocre college football picks. Even though this week's games do not have their normal write-ups and analysis, I wanted to make sure to publish.
