Get ready for another primetime game, Canes fans

NCAA Football: North Carolina at Miami Steve Mitchell-USA TODAY Sports

To this point of the 2018 season, both the Miami Hurricanes and Virginia Cavaliers are winning teams. The Canes have a 4-1 (1-0 in ACC) record, while the Cavaliers stand at 3-2 (1-1) on the year.

With these teams both having strong starts, the ACC announced kickoff for the October 13th matchup between the schools. Here’s the information from Miami Athletics:

CORAL GABLES, Fla. -- The University of Miami’s game at Virginia on Oct. 13 will kick off at 7 PM ET on either ESPN2 or ESPNU, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced Monday.

The specific broadcast designation will be announced after the games on Oct. 6.

The ACC Coastal Division tilt, which will be hosted at Scott Stadium, will also be broadcast on 560 WQAM and 990 AM ESPN Deportes

So, another primetime game for the Canes. This is Miami’s final game before a bye week, but with Coastal Division championship aspirations (among others), Miami can’t overlook any opponent.

So mark your calendars for October 13th at 7pm, with TV coverage on ESPN2 or ESPNU to be announced next Monday.

And now, it’s back to Florida State week.
