** Well it’s Tuesday morning and I still can’t get over the fact that we lost to Virginia. I can’t make sense of the fact that we lost to a team that lost to Indiana. INDIANA.

The staff here at State of The U have done an impeccable job handling the post-game coverage with plenty of unique perspectives and ideas. Here are a few:

Dylan Sherry with some thoughts for a new offensive coordinator

Justin Dottavio with a complete film breakdown of the game

Cam Underwood with The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

And myself, with an immediate post-game reaction to the play-calling and decision making of Mark Richt

** There are however, a couple of Hurricanes getting some national attention. Freshman TE Brevin Jordan was recognized on ESPN’s mid-season Freshman All-American. He is tied for second nationally in touchdown receptions by a TE with four.

** DT Gerald Willis III is not only an emerging star in South Florida, be is alongside Houston DT and potential top-five pick in this upcoming NFL Draft, Ed Oliver, on ESPN’s mid-season All-American list.

And that’s all I got for you guys today. Go Canes!
