Welcome to the weekly recruiting update, it’s a rivalry week, so as always, this is an absolutely huge week in recruiting, so let’s get to it.

This is huge news for Miami. Coach Ron Dugans and the rest of the staff have been after Haselwood for awhile, and now that the talented wide-out has officially opened his recruitment anything is possible. One of our recruiting rules was to watch the visits, and Haselwood will be making an official visit to Miami this weekend. The ‘Canes are definitely in play here.
Speaking of visits this weekend, the visitor list for this weekend’s game is elite. There is talent in every name on the list, and Miami seems to be gaining momentum in this regard.

Additionally, recruits already committed to Miami had yet another weekend of great high school performances, leaving many wondering where some well deserved recruiting bumps are to be found.
It was another big week for Miami commits. Marcus Crowley ran for a career-high 261 yards, Jahfari Harvey had 12 tackles and Jason Blissett scored 3 touchdowns while working at RB. https://t.co/g8jZTmVxAZ pic.twitter.com/qAswK0yByT

One recruit that deserved a bump was LB Avery Huff, and he finally got it last week, moving up to the 10th best OLB recruit in America.
Miami LB commit Avery Huff gets a nice little bump in the @247Sports rankings. He’s now pegged as the nation’s No. 10 OLB prospect this cycle. https://t.co/rDQE8VNbgJ pic.twitter.com/Eouv8mu4CY
