The Canes are traveling 8 miles up the highway to the American Airlines Arena to take on Yale in the Miami Hoophall Invitational. Miami will tip-off at 7:30pm ET in the final game of the quadruple-header featuring 2 other NCAA tournament teams (Texas Tech and NC State).

This is the second consecutive season that the Canes will be facing a Ivy-League program at the AAA, as Miami defeated Princeton 80-52 year. The Canes are coming off 2-consecutive losses to Seton Hall and Rutgers by a combined 5 points. Their opponents come into Saturday’s matchup with the 17th ranked scoring offense in the nation, as the Bulldogs have scored 87.8 points per game in their 4 games this season. Yale has eclipsed the 100-point mark twice already, resulting in a 2-2 record. The Canes hope that they can end their losing streak with their own high-powered offense, as they are currently the only ACC team with 5 players averaging in double figures (Chris Lykes 17.7, Anthony Lawrence II 13.7, Zach Johnson 13.6, Dejan Vasiljevic 13.0, Ebuka Izundu 11.4).

You can watch the game via online broadcast on ESPN3.
