It’s another wonderful day to be a Hurricane. Once again, there’s plenty of news to dive into from Coral Gables. Without any further delay, time to dive into the headlines.
Canes Looking to Get Back in the Win Column
UM Football is enduring a cold streak unfamiliar to the South Florida. Having lost their past three games, the Hurricanes travel to Atlanta, Georgia, to take on Georgia Tech. Miami is 12-11 all-time against the Yellow Jackets and are currently riding a three-game win streak against their coastal division foes.
Injury Report
Travis Homer — Calf — CMR revealed that Canes starting RB has a strained calf muscle and has been dealing with the issue for a while. However, the coach is confident that Homer should be able to battle through the injury once again this week.

Hurricanes Hoops Makes Its Return Tonight
UM Basketball is set to start the 2018-’19 season against Lehigh. Tipoff is set for 7:00PM at the Watsco Center. You can watch the game on ACC Network Extra or hear the game on WQAM 560.
