The Miami Hurricanes added a game-ready OT to the roster today when Butler LT Tommy Kennedy announced his signing with The U for his final year of eligibility.

Miami desperately needs linemen, and worked quickly to get to the top of Kennedy’s list. The senior will graduate from Butler and play his final year of college in a Canes uniform.
Miami has going this route for players before. CB Dee Delaney was a grad transfer who stepped up to the FBS level from The Citadel in 2017.
At 6’5” 290lbs, Kennedy is well built, and in that he’s a grad transfer, he has physically matured and should be able to step into a starting role for Miami immediately in 2019.
