Canes beat FIU 31-17, move to 3-1 on the year

Miami returned home to Hard Rock Stadium to face local foe FIU on Saturday afternoon. The Canes ran their winning streak to 3 games with a win over the Panthers.

ACC schedule starts ON THURSDAY!!!!!!

Having now completed the non-conference schedule, Miami moves on to ACC play this week by hosting the UNC Tar Heels ON THURSDAY NIGHT!!!!!!!!!

This game, which will be nationally broadcast on ESPN, will be the feature game of the night on the network. And, the Miami Hurricanes will return the favor of UNC’s #ZeroDarkThursday from 2013 by rocking their sexy Miami Nights all-black uniforms vs the Tar Heels.

NIU looked to have cut the lead to 3, but the WR was ruled out. Then they missed a FG. Then FSU scored twice. And boom, it’s 37-19.

Guess there’s some fight in that old dog, yet.
