Miami 2021 wide receiver verbal commitment Jacolby George and the Plantation High Colonels have started the season 6-0 and outscored their opponents 282-35 thus far this season.
The Colonels will face their biggest test of the season tonight in the de facto District 7A-14 championship game on the road against St. Thomas Aquinas (5-0).
Aquinas is ranked No.6 in the MaxPreps Xcellent 25 and has an average margin of victory over opponents from the state of Florida of just under 37 points per game.
Plantation will need a big night out of George, who two weeks ago caught three touchdowns in a win over Fort Lauderdale High according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, if it is going to keep pace with the high-powered Raiders.
To keep tabs on where Manny Diaz’s other verbal commitments and players to watch will play this weekend, keep reading.
