Recruiting is heating up for the Canes, and one of Miami’s main targets is in the spotlight this week. Wide receiver, Trussville (AL) Hewitt-Trussville 4-star Dazalin Worsham said through his Twitter on Sunday that he’d be announcing his decision on Friday where he plans on attending school.
I will be committing this Friday. Thank you God for everything !— Dazalin Worsham (@dazalin4) November 17, 2019
Worsham is a former Alabama commit, who de-committed from the Crimson Tide the week after he went on an official visit to Miami back in late June, which was also the same weekend as Paradise Camp. While he was in town, he talked with UM commit, quarterback Glastonbury (CT) Suffield Academy 4-star Tyler Van Dyke .
Hurricanes WR coach Taylor Stubblefield was in attendance late September to watch Worsham play.

Though Worsham’s name was quiet for a period of several months, and some had thought he was warming back up with Alabama, recent communication between Miami and Dazalin has signs points the talented receiver towards UM.
Worsham is a tremendous talent, and someone who could be a big difference maker for Manny Diaz and his team, plus to Dan Enos’ offense.
247Sports has Dazalin listed at 6’0 and 185 pounds, and as the 50th ranked receiver in the nation. Worsham had an outstanding high school career, climbing to the top for Hewitt-Trussville with 215 career receptions.
Miami currently has two receivers committed to the 2020 class, Bradenton (FL) IMG Academy 4-star Michael Redding III and Deerfield Beach (FL) 3-star ATH Xavier Restrepo. Restrepo is listed as an athlete, but is expected to play WR when he arrives in Coral Gables.
UM had 4-star Miami (FL) Northwestern 4-star Marcus Fleming de-commit on Monday.
While you never like to see any Hurricanes recruit de-commit, the possibility of Worsham taking his talents to Coral Gables has Miami fans everywhere buzzing with excitement.
